YOUR WHY HAS TO BE GREATER THAN THE HOW.
"We can never get to the place of saving, investing and giving if we are living off of 110% of our earnings. I'm sure you’ve heard the saying, “more month than money,” you ever contemplate on how it got that way. Did one day you just wake up and you didn’t have enough money to cover your lifestyle? No, many of us are using today’s finances to cover expenses from decisions we made 20 years ago. Society has tricked the untrained. Because we weren’t trained on the use of the dollar, but we want the same lifestyle as our peers and counterparts, we curate a life that we technically can't afford."

“This was my first commercial real estate purchase and Jay took the time and made it work. He showed me that it can be done and I can do it, and I appreciate it him. He was good at what he had to do.”

“Man I’ve learned more from you in 2 months than I’ve learned in 20 years, it’s either people have the knowledge and won’t share it or just don’t have the knowledge “

Thanks! You kept your word and that’s rare living in south Louisiana. The only way to the top is through unity and working together like the other side does. I listen to people all the time talking about the problems we have as a people, and I always want to say we will always have problems because we never work together. We have the strength and power to make Baton Rouge and New Orleans the best cities in the world, but it will never happen as long as our people in position continue to have a house slave mentality looking down at the field slaves from the porch, but not realizing they’re still on the plantation too. That’s why we are the majority population in both cities but don’t own and control nothing. Working together is the only way to freedom. Thank you✊🏾
